Star Trek was my favorite space adventure during my childhood. Paramount Pictures' has announced the making of a new Star Trek. The plot of the film still remains to be a secret but it is believed that this film is going to be about young Spock's first encounters with Capt. James T. Kirk at Starfleet and would explore USS Enterprise's origins. And you know what, MI - III and TV Series Lost fame Director J J Abrams confirmed that, young Dr.Spock would be played by none other than 'Heroes' fame Zachary Quinto!! Although Leonard Nimoy would also be seen reprising the role that he created in the earlier movies. This film is hoped to be released on Christmas Day 2008. Ray Winstone, Cate Blanchett and newly anointed US heartthrob Shia LaBeouf are also learnt to be starring in this film.
